Amish's secret of the nagas is the second book in the world-famous shiva trilogy. in the previous book, shiva, a triban rose as the Neel Kanth, the savior of meluha. on the quest for evil, the secret of the nagas reveals the actual darkness.
an angry shiva wants to avenge the death of his friend Brihaspati from the sinister naga who now is causing a threat to his wife, Sati. the naga queen and the lord of the people finally confront Sati, which raises a lot of questions about the sense of justice of emperor Daksha. on this journey, shiva is constantly being guided by Vasudev pandits, protectors of the Vishnu realms. meanwhile, shiva and Sati are blessed with a boy who gets saved by the 'evils' twice, raising questions on basic morality. between all the secrets, there arises a new puppeteer, Brighu with some hidden agendas and mysterious intents.
the beauty of this book lies in the diversity of action, adventure, and suspense. the twists in the series are going to be unpredictable and the shocking end is what this book extremely special. the blend of action and philosophy and the implicit writing of Amish makes this book so good and is the best mythological book ever read.
